TICKET SALE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

This event is a fundraiser in support of PUTAMENTE PODEROSAS, a feminist organization that sustains, accompanies, and amplifies the voice of women and gender-diverse people who do sex work or survival sex, and of their daughters and sons. When you buy a ticket, your money funds that work. These terms explain, in plain language, how the purchase, the ticket, and entry to the event work. They govern ticket sales through eventos.putamentepoderosas.org and are interpreted under Colombian law. Read them: by buying, you accept them.

1. Purpose and acceptance

These Terms and Conditions govern the purchase of tickets for events organized by PUTAMENTE PODEROSAS (the Organization, tax ID 901387421-7) through the site eventos.putamentepoderosas.org. The current event is a birthday-fundraiser in support of the Organization. By completing your purchase you accept these terms freely, expressly, and on an informed basis, and you declare that you have the legal capacity to do so. If you disagree with anything below, do not complete the purchase. We may update these terms; the version that applies to your purchase is the one in force at the moment you pay.

2. Purchase and payment

Prices are shown in Colombian pesos (COP) and include any applicable taxes. Payment is processed through the Wompi payment gateway; we do not store your card or payment-method data. On your card or account statement, the charge will appear under the name PUTAMENTE PODEROSAS. A purchase is only considered confirmed once Wompi approves the payment; if the payment is declined, left pending, or not completed, no ticket is issued. It is your responsibility to enter your details correctly, especially your email address, since that is where we send the ticket. Tickets are sold until available capacity is reached.

3. Ticket delivery

As soon as your payment is confirmed, your ticket is generated as a QR code that you will see on screen and that we also send to the email address you registered. That QR is your ticket: keep it and treat it as personal. Each QR is effectively unique and non-transferable —whoever presents it first will be admitted— so do not share it, do not post it on social media, and do not forward it to strangers. If you do not see the email, check your spam or promotions folders; if it still does not arrive, write to us at organizacion@putamentepoderosas.org and we will resend it. We are not responsible for tickets that are exposed, duplicated, or resold outside our channels.

4. Entry to the event

At the event door we scan your QR. A valid QR grants a single admission: once scanned and used, it will not work for entry again. We may ask you for an identity document to verify that the ticket matches the person presenting it. Entry of minors depends on each event: if the event does not admit minors, they will not be allowed in; if it does, we may require them to be accompanied by a responsible adult and to present a document. Arriving late may affect your entry depending on capacity and how the event is running. For everyone's safety, access may include reasonable checks at the door.

5. Changes, postponement, or cancellation of the event

A live event can change. The Organization may modify the date, time, venue, line-up, program, or any detail of the event when necessary, and may postpone or cancel it, including for reasons beyond its control (force majeure, unforeseeable events, decisions by the authorities, weather or safety conditions, among others). When there are relevant changes, a postponement, or a cancellation, we will notify you at the email you used to buy and through the Organization's official channels. If the event is postponed, your ticket will remain valid for the new date, unless we tell you otherwise.

6. Refunds

Because this is a fundraiser in support of the Organization, tickets are not refundable for a change of mind, for being unable to attend, or for arriving after the event has ended. There is a refund in one clear case: if the event is definitively cancelled and not rescheduled, we return the amount you paid for your ticket. In the case of postponement, your ticket is valid for the new date; if you cannot attend that new date, you may request a refund of the amount paid. Refunds are issued through the same payment method you used, via Wompi, within a reasonable time. To request one, write to us at organizacion@putamentepoderosas.org from the email used for your purchase, stating your name and order details. This does not affect the rights that Colombian law grants you as a consumer.

7. Conduct and right of admission

Our events are a safe space. We have zero tolerance for violence: physical, verbal, or sexual aggression, harassment, and discrimination based on gender identity, sexual orientation, occupation, origin, race, body, or condition are not allowed, nor is any form of stigma against sex work or those who do it. Buying a ticket does not guarantee entry or that you can stay if that conduct is broken: the Organization reserves the right of admission and may deny entry or ask a person to leave, without a refund, if they assault, harass, or discriminate against others, put other people at risk, are in a state that prevents safe coexistence, or fail to follow the venue's rules or the team's instructions. Taking care of each other is part of the deal.

8. Personal data

To sell you a ticket we process some of your personal data, such as your name and email address. We do so in accordance with Law 1581 of 2012 and its implementing regulations, and as described in our Personal Data Processing Policy, available on the site, which forms an integral part of these terms. There we explain what data we collect, what we use it for, whom we share it with —including the Wompi payment gateway as a processor— and how you can exercise your rights to access, update, rectify, and delete your data, or revoke your authorization. By buying, you accept that Policy.

9. Contact

For any question, request, or complaint about your purchase, your ticket, the event, or these terms, write to us at organizacion@putamentepoderosas.org. We are PUTAMENTE PODEROSAS, with our registered address at Carrera 45 # 49A - 16, Edificio Central de Comfama, Piso 12, Medellín. We respond through that email.
